Mankind is evolving continuously each and every minute. Charles Darwin had given us the concept of Survival of the Fittest. His idea was initially implied on living beings. The same concept is now in play in each and every domain of our lives. We are going through a phase of continuous learning and re-learning, knowledge management in order to cope with the trends around us. There are various schools of thought - some believing in radical transformation and others in incremental change. |
The crux of both is that Change is inevitable. The after-shocks of radical transformation are felt long after the event is over and in turn gives birth to smaller incremental changes. Thus, change is not an isolated event but a continuous, ever-evolving one. |
